I’m most at ease in combat boots, an oversized blazer and jeans but am always up for a heel as long as I don’t have to walk too far! I’m a sucker for my covid puppy, Bowie, and am a complete matcha latte and popcorn aficionado.

My journey to becoming a photographer was not a straight path. I fulfilled my childhood dream of working in the entertainment industry, but after twelve years, I began to feel like I was missing something. I found myself reconnecting with my childhood passion for photography. And when I couldn’t find anyone with a gentle touch and a reasonable price to photograph my daughter and friends, I picked up my camera.

When the head of my children’s preschool noticed my skill in portrait photography, I was hired as the school photographer and a new career began to unfold. Since then, behind the camera has always been my peaceful place. As a quiet observer, I discovered my ability to create narratives, as I do today.

Taking school photos and family portraits segued into photographing major milestones and celebrations - birthdays, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs. Those celebrations included working with many of LA’s finest event planners, and happily my calendar was full.

Covid forced me to think outside the box and pivot, expanding my menu of services. An entrepreneurial boom and the increase in online dating - and the need to create a personal brand - opened up new opportunities. Working as a brand photographer with C-suite executives, lifestyle influencers, and entrepreneurs keeps me busy. My focus is to capture my clients, their personality and personal style, while highlighting everything that makes them unique.
